What is a Wellness Garden?

More than beautiful. Genuinely good for you.

A wellness garden is a small, intentional starter garden grown in planters — designed to sit on your patio or right outside your kitchen door. No big raised beds, no large outdoor space needed. Just a few carefully chosen culinary and medicinal herbs that support your physical and emotional health, within arm's reach every day.

I design each wellness garden around your space and the plants that matter most to you — so it's something you'll actually use, tend, and love.

And I don't just hand you a garden and walk away. I teach you how to actually use what you grow — how to bring these herbs into your kitchen for cooking, and how to use them for everyday wellness. From making a calming chamomile tea to cooking with fresh rosemary or using lemon balm to wind down at the end of the day, you'll leave knowing exactly what to do with every plant in your garden.

Why a Wellness Garden

The benefits go beyond the harvest.

Stress Relief

Time spent tending herbs and flowers has been shown to lower cortisol levels and calm the nervous system. Your garden becomes a daily ritual of restoration.

Culinary & Medicinal Herbs

Grow plants with a long history of supporting wellbeing — lemon balm, chamomile, lavender, holy basil, and more — right outside your door.

Connection to Nature

Even a small wellness garden brings you outside, into the light, and into rhythm with the seasons — something our bodies deeply need.

Beauty with Purpose

Wellness gardens are designed to be as beautiful as they are functional — a space you actually want to spend time in, not just look at.
